The spectacular location of your campsite gives you direct access to the sea. Unlike the other beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, the beaches of Pyla-sur-Mer are calm and safe thanks to the Banc d’Arguin that provides protection from the ocean currents and waves.

There are other beaches all along the Bassin d’Arcachon which face the Ocean and have wild seascapes that are popular with swimmers and where you can also enjoy some surfing or bodyboarding for which the region is famous.
