« Very helpful staff - nothing is ever too much trouble. The proximity to the Dune is amazing; just to be able to walk a little way and look right across le Bassin de Arcachon is very special. The beach is beautiful; the sea crystal clear (cool but refreshing!!) and well worth the somewhat challenging ‘climb’ back home!! The pool is excellent; very clean and well maintained. The lovely beaches going down towards Biscaross are easily accessible. La Teste de Bouche - just up the road - has shops, supermarket and a great outdoor market. The facilities on site are excellent; lovely pools and of course ‘the orange bucket’; kids (and adults!) love it. All the facilities on site are well maintained, scrupulously clean and well staffed. The views from one of the bars/ restaurants are amazing. »

« We absolutely loved our stay, the view is amazing and the weather in mid September was lovely and warm and we enjoyed watching the many paragliders. The pool was beautiful but cold. The shop was great and provided everything we needed. The showers were good too, plenty hot water. I would happily recommend this campsite. »

« We love your place! And it is starting to thrive after the fires. But we would recommend the following please: 1) More hooks in the showers! 2) Not misleading us in saying that all pitches have power. They don’t and we found this rather frustrating as we searched for our pitch. We kept finding a nice one then discovering it didn’t have electricity!! Ideally all should! 3) You need to change your water taps to be more ‘inclusive’ of small campervans - specifically a threaded tap. We could not even use the large motor home station near reception as the hose was not compatible either. There are only a couple of taps on the campsite with that type of connection and we were lucky to (eventually) find them. »

« The campsite and tent lodge were perfect. We did have a very shocking experience at the restaurant. 2 glasses of wine were spilled on my husband so he had to leave his meal to change. Nobody came to check, replace or keep it warm despite him asking, and then they insisted we paid and were incredibly rude. It was very surprising. »
